SecuriFit is Securiton’s internal improvement program. It promotes ideas that simplify processes, optimize tools, and create added value.
Employees can submit suggestions at any time, regardless of department or topic. This creates a corporate culture in which everyone actively contributes to making Securiton even better.

Last week, the SecuriFit Award 2024 was presented. A moment that highlights the commitment and creativity within our teams.
After the award ceremony and a short photo session, the winning team celebrated its success in a relaxed setting. The participants shared fascinating insights into how their project came to life – from the first idea to full implementation.
From Idea to Success
The winning idea emerged from an everyday observation. A project manager noticed that traditional user manuals were often not intuitive enough. He discussed his idea with his team leader, who passed it on to the Lean Master. The idea was recorded on the CIP board and directed to the right place.
A great example of how good communication and collaboration can turn a small idea into a major improvement.
