Remote alerting with additional information for intrusion protection
29.10.2025
The new remote alerting via Ethernet improves alarm verification and ensures greater efficiency in intrusion protection.
False alarms cause unnecessary workload and additional costs for operators. Up to now, alarm signals could only be transmitted to the alarm receiving centre as collective criteria, such as “intrusion”. This made precise alarm verification considerably more difficult.
With the introduction of alarm transmission via Ethernet (VdS 2465-1 protocol), SecuriSafe Expert offers a significantly improved solution:
In addition to the collective criteria, valuable additional information such as detector type, designation and the exact alarm location can now be transmitted to the alarm reception centre for each triggered detector.
This expanded data enables rapid prior clarification and supports efficient alarm verification – for targeted and effective action in the event of an incident.
Operators also benefit from customer-specific technical messages: The transmitted additional information on device faults makes it possible to prepare deployments in a targeted manner and significantly reduce the amount of time required for on-site inspections.
Intelligent remote alerting with SecuriSafe Expert ensures greater transparency, faster responses and maximum security in intrusion protection.
