Securiton acquires Si-Electronic

As part of a long-term succession plan, we are taking over Si-Electronic AG, based in Bäch (Canton of St. Gallen). Si-Electronic AG has been a successful player on the market for over 30 years and, as a sister company within the Swiss Securitas Group, has always been closely connected with us. 

The integration of Si-Electronic AG will take place in our Zurich office. The current location in Bäch will remain unchanged and will be continued as a new branch office. In this way, we are pooling our common strengths, ensuring the continuity of the existing structures and taking over the entire Si-Electronic AG team. 

With this merger, we are creating a strong unit with clear prospects for the future. Customers, partners and employees of Si-Electronic AG benefit from the long-term security of a solid Swiss family business. At the same time, we are further strengthening our market position as the leading provider of security solutions in Switzerland. 

The previous contact persons for Si-Electronic customers will remain unchanged. The current chief executive officer of Si-Electronic AG, Burhan Xhemaili, will take on a new professional challenge and hand over responsibility to Roger Pauli, regional manager of the Zurich office.
